Bottle. Pours hazy dark golden with a massive head receding to creamy finger thickness. Aroma is strange indeed, but very nice. There’s sour oak, dried berries, hops and spices, as well as some good whiffs of coriander and apple. Quite full body, with lively carbonation. Flavour has a salty sourness to it and is rather funky really, with balsamic vinegar, yeast, green apples and hay. Very fruity, and highly refreshing.

Bottle at the Deanso’s monthly RB tasting, July 2013. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a thin white broken head. The aroma is big zesty apple. In fact it smells like crushed swizzels dissolved in R. Whites lemonade! The flavour is medium to strong sour, big apples and not a lot else. There isn’t room!
