Bottle from Tavour: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light funk, citrus, some spiciness. Taste is lightly funky, slight tartness, some spiciness. Solid.

Flaska från Mikkeller. Blekgul, disig med vit krona. Mjuk och fin maltbas, vete, frisk syra, citrus, stenfrukt, vitvinsfat, ek. Fantastiskt gott.

750 ml. Aroma has notes of Brett, dusty basements, lemon, coriander, orange peel, grain, earthy. Pours hazy pale golden with a one finger white head with good retention. Taste is highly sour (8/10), a little savory, earthy with Brett and sour saison type flavors; finishes with a light dry bitterness. Hints of Chardonnay. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. More like a sour saison than any kind of witbier I’ve ever had. Good, though.

750ml bottle. Tart, farmyardy, mineraly and slightly lemony with some coriander and vinous grape notes. Interesting, quite funky.

Draft at Cellar. Hazy pale color. Aroma starts with a tart spiky, melony, citrus. Flavor is very citric, lively. Light bodied, light finish. Very fizzy mouthfeel and finish. Fun light tart beer.

Bottle thanks to Seth. Pours a hazy white gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grape, funk, oak. Thin body, vinous, oak, funk, nice tartness, very good.
