Sample at Shelter pours a totally clear pale gold no head. No has light lemon and green grape, light straw and herbs. Very lemony but simple. Herbal. Straw. Tart but clean. A bit simple.

On tap at Churchkey. Pours hazy gold with no head. Tart fruit, coriander. Orange, oak.

Blend 4. Tap. Misted gold with a fading white head. Aroma is funky with white grapes, some grain. Light bodied. Light bread, old citrus, shoe polish, spices. Slightly tart, pretty dry. Very refreshing.

Draft. A- Chardonnay, brett, citrus. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Tangerines, mild spice, citrus, chardonnay. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Blend #4. This was more like a white wine or a tart saison than a Wit but wow was it tasty. Very refreshing, a bit bright and light bodied. Very very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours frosty gold. Funk, delicate yeast, orange zest, light acidity, lovely minerally stuff, delicate fuzzy stone fruit skin. Nice effervescent body. Really good.
