Can via a trade. Holy Shit this smells like a peach cobbler drizzled with caramel! Hudson Valley Apotheosis Sour IPA 6% Orange haze that reminds me of peach juice with a thick head of foam that leaves tiny dribs of lacing behind. The aroma is peach and vanilla with caramel. The taste is the same but adds a flaky pie crust to it I’m really curious to see what’s in this beer. Probably my favorite of the four Hudson Valley beers I got to try. Made with milk sugar, vanilla, almonds, cinnamon, raw wheat and malted oats while it was hopped with Citra powder. After reading it has almonds (also on the can but I foolishly didn’t notice) I pick up on them more. Tangy pastry delicious but while it is amazing they got these kind of flavors out of a beer it doesn’t taste anything like you’d expect beer to taste like.

12/26/18. Tastes like orange juice milk with almonds and vanilla, not sure I get much of the cinnamon but it tastes delish.

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head. The aroma is cinnamon, pure sugar, almond, vanilla. Slick body, almond milk, cinnamon, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
