Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman. Amber color, hazy. Off white, soapy head (but not at all much). Aroma’s: fruity, sourish. Retronasal: malty sweetness, smoke, leather, a bit fruity sourness. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, with a vague sourness somewhere, and then there’s some roast and coffee. Medium bodied. Finishes bitter on the sides and back of the tongue. A bit weird but quite OK.

Cask at In De Wildeman. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of light coffee, toffee, caramel, light oak. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.
