Bottle. Pours reddish dark brown with medium light brown head. Aroma is heavy in cherries, cherry cola, almond, malt, caramel and faint hints of prussic acid. Taste is medium sweet, very sour and light to medium bitter. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and very sour and dominated by cherry but also notes of yogurt, alcohol and malt syrup. Intense and rich

Backlog. Fajnie grajace wisnie z kwasna baza. Aromat/smak wisni nie kojarzyl sie, jak to zwykle bywa ze sztucznym, a przypominal sok zlany z domowej, wisniowej konfitury. I bardzo dobrze, choc nie idealnie, ukryty alkohol.

Bottle from Lidl as part of a 6-pack. Dark red, translucent. Small pink-beige head. Light floral and fruity aroma with a touch of oak. Taste is mostly sweet cherry with a bitter/sour nip near the end. Moderate carbonation. Surprisingly pleasant and very, very refreshing.

From old tasting notes. Labeled as Petrus Oak Aged Dark Beer. Deep copper brown color. Rocky beige head. Soft fruity malt nose with yeasty notes. Fruity malt flavor hints at Apple peels and cherries. Rich and flavorful.

Marrón oscura, translúcida. Espuma ocre poco duradera. Cierta efervescencia. Intenso aroma a cerezas, notas de caramelo y malta tostada. En boca mantiene fuerte predominio frutal, cerezas y predominio dulce matado por notas ácidas. Cuerpo medio y tono alcohólico. Empalagosa.

Ruby red colored, clear, medium beige frothy head. Aroma is of some malt, light caramel, candy fruity, cherries, some light fruity tartness, doesn’t really give any sourness away. Taste is medium sweet malt, fruity, strong cherries, candylike cherry, some woody notes, bit tartness but expected more, overall sweet but there is a mouthwatering finish. Medium bodied, soft to average carbonation, bit sticky, alcohol is very well hidden. Less sweet and more tartness would be nice but I still like it. (bottle, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)
