33cl bottle ~1 year old. Pours a dark reddy brown with a small tan head, dissipating. Aroma of sweet cherries. Taste is sweet and sour but more on the sweet side, sugar, mostly cherries, very dry. Medium body and carbonation, alcohol pretty well hidden at 8.5% with just a hint of warming sensation. I liked this a lot more than the Aged Pale.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of cherries, must and burnt sugar. Pours clear dark ruby brown color with thick creamy tan-like head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt, follows by sweet and sour cherries, bread, wood and tanins, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Sweet and strong fruity beer, although ABV is well hidden...

Cork and caged 0.75 litre bottle into Leffe chalices (three of us) on 8th Jan 2018 at my daughters in California, bottle obtained from Old Town Liquor, Temecula. Misty red body, pink, beige head that turned into a wisp and collar soon after pouring. Liked the blend, not too sweet, not too sour and not to cherry flavoured. Really enjoyed this.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish mahogany y color with moderate had that settles quickly. Aromas of sweet artificial cherries, oak and caramel malts. Flavors of sugary cherry cola mixed with malt liquor.

Thanks Hrabren! Red-brown tinged with amber, tan head. Candyish cherry aroma, quite pleasant, and a surprise after the Aged Pale. Marzipan and cherry juicy notes build on a solid malt base, maybe some light tartness too. A tasty fruit beer all in all.

0.33 l bottle I got from my family. Thanks! Shared with everyone. Deep ruby to brown, small off-white head. Cherry juice. Not much else. Sweet, juicy, cake or candy. Too sweet. Medium body, sticky, some alcohol, lasting finish, tart.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 23B/29A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 1146A139 (BBF 18/05/12). AROMA: medium-high artificial cherry aroma, followed by a faint smoky phenolic. APPEARANCE: dark ambar color and slightly hazy. low ivory head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high artificial cherry flavor. faint vanillin from wood. medium-lowto low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a red flandres-like beer with a too artificial and overwhelming cherry aroma (even resembling furfural)

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear deep ruby pour, minimal off-white head. Strong cherry candy on the nose, very pleasant, surprisingly quite sweet. Medium body, medium carbonation. Taste is nicely balanced between sour and candy sweet. This one is pretty interesting - it's like liquid cherry candy. Sugary sweet aroma with citrus tartness to back it up. Candy. Cherry. Malty backbone. Sticky on the tongue. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium finish. Overall.... tasty. Very tasty. Like I said - liquid cherry candy. Well balanced taste and aroma, tamed sourness, well hidden alcohol... Delicious brew.
