Hazy golden and peach coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of pineapple, light malt and a good deal of resin and hops noticeable showing some pine and grass as well, Medium-bodied; Strong rich pineapple and tropical fruit notes show up first with a good deal of malt and alcohol showing through, with a lot of hops, bitterness and funk along with a bit of astringency and punch, especially at the end. Aftertaste shows some of the funk, but mostly the pineapple and grassy notes from the hops with some light sweetness at the end, but showing more hop, bitterness and resin than anything else. Overall, a light sweetness somehow overcomes the bitterness and hop notes, with a nice tropical fruit and pineappley finish showing some grass on the end as well. Nice to sample and a well-worked IPA, but not showing enough depth to make this world-class. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Harris Teeter in Pentagon Row (Arlington), Virginia on 08-July-2019 for US$1,87 sampled at home in Washington on 25-August-2019.

Gold with a light haze. A frothy white head lingers. Tons of papaya in the aroma. Pineapple in the background. Taste is bitter to bittersweet. Long lingering bitterness full of papaya at the end. A good one.

12oz can. Unfiltered looking orange-tan body. Foamy white head. Fruit IPAs are an unfortunate creature in the first place, and this one doesn't break the mold. Canned extract feeling fruit tones, more pineapple than papaya. Drinkable, is what it is.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of pineapple, papaya, and oranges. Similar flavors with a slight bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation.

Can: Papaya nose. Clear amber, thick head, good lace. Caramel, lemongrass. Mediym body, soft carbonation. Not overly fruity or hoppy, rather like an APA.

Can during super bowl. Nose is big Tropicana. Tastes of fruit cocktail, pineapple, papaya, some grass, hairspray. Thinner bodied.

12 oz. can, thanks to Joe! Pours a clear, orange color, with a big, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is papaya, vanilla, sharp pineapple, and caramel. Sweet and citrusy, with a smooth, light bitterness. Light body, with a surprisingly fluffy, acidic mouthfeel. This is a very fruity IPA, and goes down easy.

12 ounce can. Hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple and papaya, oddly, and pale malt. The taste is the same with a bit of a sharper finish. Medium bodied, canned fruit cocktail. Not my thing but OK I guess.

Kroger can. Golden pour with a soft off-white head. Aroma is pineapple like crazy, papaya, citrus peel, floral hops, pine. Flavor is juicy papaya and pineapple, grapefruit peel, pine, floral hops. Tastes very tropical. Very nice.
