Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Coriander and citrus aromas. Crisp with banana and bubblegum front to back. Medium length, dry overripe banana skin finish.

Can from my brother: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is citrusy (lemony I suppose), yeasty, peppery. Taste is mostly dry, a but sweet, not bitter, spicy. Solid.

12 oz. bottle purchased at CBC, Waterbury. Pours a deep cloudy yellow with little lacing. Aroma is mild grapefruit with plenty of zesty Belgian yeast. The main flavor profile is the yeast. This is all about spicy peppery yeast.
Absolutely no hops in this brew. Dry texture with plenty of black pepper / spicy hints that lingering after the sip. Lean's more on the traditional side of the style with hops having no presence (which is a good thing). Overall, pretty nice example.
