Hazy and dull. Big sage/rosemary spice, light brett, touch of pale malts. Light body, a bit slick, to me a touch of pedio but still ok at this point.

Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Hazy blond colour. Very floral, herbal, moderately sweet and spicy, maybe sage, coriander.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull copper with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out tangy, tart citrus, light oak, and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite acerbic, with citrus hops, oak, and saison yeast. Citrusy, earthy and tart, with a strangely pronounced dankness. Unusual.

During Black Christmas 2018. Hazy blonde. Very funky, some green tea notes. A bit malty. Strange one.

Capped and corked 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy gold, which cleared quickly. White head. Aroma of pale stone fruits and citrus. Med body. Flavor is slightly peppery, somewhat earthy - even approaching funk. It's dry, somewhat astringent. Spice and funk hide hop for me. Grains of Paradise may be in it. It's a very nice thing, and it has become definitely funky. Likin' it.
