Pours a hazy, bright banana-yellow, verging on lemon yellow, with massive, pillowy, lasting head. Aroma has some floral and grassy notes, some dankness and citrus. Flavor is pretty grassy, with some breadiness. Tropical and citrus fruits are on hand, as is a ton of piney, spruce hops. Bitter, bitter finish.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-pale burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace to leave some light stringy lace.
The aroma had a soft tropical fruity hop base gently guiding the malts to a further sweetness in a clean eloquent sort of way.
The flavor brought the hops to the malts sweetly and gave off a smooth sweet guiding little aftertaste. Finish was somewhat long and malty.
The palate was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good APA that I could have again.

Cloudy, heavily hazy, not-quite-soupy, golden-bronze body is topped by a well-retained, white head.
Fantastically expressive, clean, crisp, clear Galaxy in the nose shows off dank notes of spicy marajuana, mango, lime, pepper, pineapple and grapefruit. Juicy as all hell, with lightly sweet malts behind it adding cracker and honey. No alcohol, no resin, no flaw. Just beautifully and very knowledgeably-done finishing hops.
The flavor is a continuing treat of Galaxy hoppiness, with tons of the tell-tale capsaicin-like spiciness (not capsaicin-like in its flavor, but in the way it sort of sticks to your throat and teeth and lingers on very persistently and spicily). Orange, lemon, tangerine, pineapple, mango....it’s all here and full-on juicy. As seems to be the case with the beers, they’re all immaculately well-attenuated and still retain a very soft, supple malt texture. Bitterness comes through just enough to balance the juiciness and provide crispness on the finish. Really nice stuff. My friend said with every visit the beers improve, which seems to be the case based on the ratings from 8-9 months ago. Excited to get back to this brewery and hope they start doing full pours now that they are allowed to.

Growler thanks to Sander. It pours cloudy with a small white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, peachy, sweet orange, mild creaminess and some minerals. The taste is soft, crisp bitterness, orange peel, nectarine, peach, apricot, minerals, light grass and some alcohol warmth. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well - rounded and rather enjoyable.

Growler shared in NH. Thanks to Sander. Lovely aroma, lots of nectarine, tangerine, peach. Medium sweet flavor, some pale bread, tangerine, orange, slight rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, light resin, pectin, peach, lots of tangerine, some pith. Good beer.
