Lawn Mower starts with a grain bill akin to an American Lager. We then ferment the beer with a blend of traditional saison yeast and brettanomyces. This is our idea of a lawnmower beer, for beer geeks. Very light bodied and dry with a fruit forward flavor, and a lightly peppery, tart finish.

5 oz. at the brewery. Clean yeast, fruit esters, wheaty backbone. Effervescent mouth. Nice lingering yeast and citrus. Real good.

Bottle - pours gold white head. Foamy exploding mess. Nose/taste is brett and strong bandaid. Hopefully, just a bad bottle.

75 cL bottle at the brewery, gusher. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is distinct bretty. Crisp funky and slight leathery herbal. Lingering mild sour and funky fruity into the far finish.

Bottle: Poured (gushed?) a cloudy light yellow color ale with large foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light tart notes with some herbal notes is intriguing. Taste is a mix of light rat notes, light wheat malt with dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but still work to be done to improve this beer.
