Appearance: Rich and refined deep Golden colour with a creamy white foam
Aroma: Very refined & complex; with hints of vanilla mixed with herbs and citrus
Flavour: A medium-bodied beer that is delicately warming. There is a freshness from the wheat and a creamy mouthfeel from the oats. Rich notes and soft sweetness of lemon cake join with hints of coriander seed and hay and a quinine-like dryness on the finish.

Fles 75cl thuis. EEn geweldig goed bier. Oranjegeel bier met stevige schuimkraag die lang blijft staan. Smaak is kruidig zoet en licht bitter hoppig met iets van steranijs, wat nootmuskaat en abrikoos.

On tap at BeerTemple. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of estery Belgian yeast on the nose; very floral. Flavour has tons of Belgian yeast; floral, spicy yeast. Fantastic balance, very well done.

Bottled. Pours a nice little golden color with a medium head. Nice foam and some long lasting bubbles inside. Aroma is sweet citrusish. Taste is carbonated with nice little hops bite, easy drinking for a Trip.

Old rating from Oct 2014 - 330ml bottle, pours a reddy amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of cardamon, white pepper, clove, apples, pears, peaches, honey, vanilla & yeast. Moderate body. Crisp dry finish.

0.33 l bottle. Pours deep golden with huge head. Nose is vivid fruity-flowery with some yeasty touch and slight booz. Taste is more or less the same with short sweetish finish. Medium to heavy bodied with lively carbonation. Lovely.

330ml from mgermani, THANKS!!! beautiful golden color, big head, that dissipates quite quick for a tripel. aroma is lemon, pear, orange banana, apricots, corriander, and yeast. flavour is very fruity, and yeasty, with a slight vanilla finish, a bit of alcohol comes through as it warms, but its very welcome. Extremely well balanced beer, one of the best tripels i’ve had the pleasure to drink

Bottiglia. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di caramello, miele, cereali, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e alcol presente.
