33cl bottle pours a hazy gold with some rocky, white head. Nose has honey and flowers, heavy yeast, couch too, some lemon, mild funk. Flavor has some honey and dandelion tea, straw, grass, coriander, cheese cloth, stale bread. Dry finish. Big for the style but recognizable.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours a minor gusher. In the glass it's hazy gold with a large foamy white head. A very nice Brett aroma. Med body. Flavor is nicely Brett - so earthy - and there's pale stone fruit. Quite dry. Let's call it bitter - Brett/yeast/spice - delicious. A very tasty Brett ale.
