Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice mildy tart lime, slightly floral. The vanilla makes this one of those pastry sours that I much prefer to normal sours. Doesn't have a huge amount of depth but does what it does pretty well..

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 27/10/23. Hazed light orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is lime zest, pastry vibes, creamy malts, light sweet edge. Taste comprises lime zest, lactic tang, soft malts, herb, grass, vanilla essence, more pastry notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Decent.

Tap at the craft beer junction. A clear mid gold coloured pour with a halo fo white head. Aroma is zesty tart lime, some vanilla sweetness, green citrus, simple grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, prickly lime, key lime pie, juicy, mellow sweetness, bitter citrus.. Palate is semi sweet and sour, bitter, moderate carbonation. Good. Prickly.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lime, vanilla, pie crust. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, sweet finish, very good.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet vanilla with mint and lime, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light caramel notes, light lime, light tropical fruits, a bit astringent and strange. Can from brewery, 6 months old.

16oz can. Friend brought up from Florida. This is such an incredible beer. The Key Lime meets graham cracker made for an absolute delicious combo. Awesome

Key lime pie beer to it's fullest. Normally I ban all key lime pie not from the keys or Miami or South Florida but beer clearly is exempt. This is awesome.
