Harvest 2020 bottle from Ryan/Chris: pours deep red with pinkish head. Aroma is fine cherries, little bit of musty funk, syrup. Taste is somewhat sweet, a little bit on the tart side. Fortunately not very acidic. The beer was good, very drinkable, but I found it just a bit lacking. It had clear aspirations of depth, but I just did not feel it.

2020 Harvest bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark ruby with medium pink head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong cherry skin, earth, oak, funk. Slick body, sweet cherry, light oak, earth, vinous, dry finish, enjoyed this.

Bottle pour at Beer Street South. Pours muddy red. Cherry, pie spice, funk, light floral, strong cherry, strong farmhouse funk. Medium body. Outstanding.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours clear deep magenta red, medium white-pink head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is dusty, oaky, cherries, mineral water, cheesy funk. Flavor is fairly dry, light tart, light funk, mineral, light cherries. Light body, soft mouthfeel.
