Bottle split at Columbus, thanks to LKS, 31/07/19. Lightly hazed berry red with a crimson crown. Nose is tarte berry fruits, cheery skins, funk, damp cloth, wood must, herb, lemon rind. Taste comprises funky cherry skins, red stoned fruits, funk, basement, red berry must, oak, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced acidic tickle. Solid stuff.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from the blendery. Pours a rather fetching unclear red with a creamy, light pink head. Lovely tart cherry character, with assertive acidity, modest woody dryness. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Crisply tart on the finish, with lovely, true, fresh cherry character, more quenching acidity. Gorgeous stuff.

Bottle shared at the columbus tasting 31/07/2019. Many thanks! A light hazed plummy red peach coloured poiur with a loose light pink, head. Aroma is smoked cherries, plum, clean lacto, plastic, blackberries. smoke. Flavour is composed of pucking tart reb berries, raspberries, primrose, cranberries, prickly pear, tingling. Paalte is spicy tangy, highish carboantion. prickly. , good stuff.

31st July 2019 Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to LKS. Hazy plum colour beer, small pale pink head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine crispness. Some decent generic fruits here. But and its a big but here, sharp lemon acid. Ultimately, hard to drink, and that to me, is a bad beer, no matter how much the sour heads extol this nonsense.
