Corked and caged 375 ml bottle from the brewery, via delivery, 12/13/20. From the Temps Perdu: Adventuresome set. Bottled 9/17/17. Clear gold, minimal head, no lace. Funky, wood, white wine grape. Rather musty, some lemon. Big barnyard feel to the finish. Lingering, acidic tartness. Really tasty, funky stuff.

Bottle shared at Manchester Airbnb. Many thanks for Leighton for this one. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is hair, lemon, wet dog, little sicky bile, funky apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nectarine, apricot, hint of vanilla, pineapple,. Palate is semi sweet, sour, moderate carbonation, pithy finish. Good complexity.. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours hazy golden.orange with no head. The aroma is musty, funk, barnyard, hay, floral, brioche, cereal and birscher museli. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, big mouth - pucker, zingy, pithy, tannin, grapefruit, pomelo, sherbet, acidic kick, white grape skin and gooseberry with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Zingy and bright. Nice stuff.

Bottle shared post IMBC - sourced via the brewery. Pours unclear gold with a small, bubbly head. Good snout, musty grass, old lemon peel, damp wood. Lightly sweet, old hay bales, decent grassy bitterness, restrained acidity, straw, lemon rind. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Drying finish, more grassy notes, damp cellar, dried lemon peel. Great stuff overall.
