Bottle - pours gold - nose and taste of sparkling apple - medium body. Pretty solid.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Interesting aroma. Applie cider, vinegar, and alcohol. A hint of tart flavor, light sugar, which is fine. Low carbonation, which was unexpected. Mostly dry, some apple and a little yeast.
