Notes of citrus, lactic acid, grapefruit, brett, mouldy oak, peaches, oak. Good amounts of funk and oak, very nicely balanced with the citrusy saison notes. Nice!

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with green grape notes, some pineapple and lemon, and light stone fruit notes. Light oak notes with some background malt notes. Light peppery and coriander phenolic notes. Pours a fairly clear, copper orange with a medium sized, medium thick, white head that shows decent retention as it steadily recedes to the edges before disappearing. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity and light grain notes. Medium light green grape and lemon notes with lighter pineapple and stone fruit. Light oak notes. Light mineral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a nice SARA saison.
