Mine was bottled, poured a shiny yellow with a fizzy head that disappeared quickly. Some flowers and frutitiness but really not much going on here. Lame.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear dark gold with small white consistent head. Quite a malty and spicy aroma with hints of bread, pear and citrus zest. Taste has a bready malt with yeasty lemon sharpness, mint, floral bitterness. Mid bodied, fine carbonation, goes down well. Quite a punchy Belgium ale that almost has a menthol quality to it. I like it but it wont be for everyone.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore arancio velato, al naso lieviti belgi frutta matura leggero banana e miele, in bocca è marmellata di pesche frutta a pasta gialla coriandolo, corpo medio, carbonazione forte (ottimo), dolce con amaro moderato. Bottled at Le Ratin-Tot, Namur. A dark golden pour with a greenish cast and a snow-white, long-lasting head. Aroma is rather low: lemon, bergamot, peppermint. Dry and un-crisp mouthfeel. Medium to full body. Almost no bitterness in the otherwise long-lingering finish.
