Gushing to huge, very dense & fine yellowish head over copperish yellow-golden beer, lively carbonated. Vegetables, capsicum, peas, bit dusty. Taste is somewhat dusty too. High carbonation enhances the capsaicin burn. Earthy flavour due to the beetroot (but where's the colour??), but this marries well with the capsicum. Titillating carbonation, chiliheat, not very well-bodied. Much less bad than feared. To be honest, quite OK, but if nothing's overdone, it's not one I'd take a second.

Damn backlog, could've been first! :p
Clear reddish orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, red forest fruits, cuberdons, some cherries. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, some chillies, caramel malts, sugary, some vanilla, chili burn. Aftertaste: malty, sweet, bit oxidized, sugary, soft bitterness, caramel, some vanilla, too sweet, oxidized. Was part of the “Springtime” sample flight. No clue how this has anything to do with spring…
