Bottle. Tommie Sjef online. Pale gold. Light haze. Fine white head is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has sweaty leather. Grape stalk and juice. Stewed apple. Straw. Lemony brett. Dessert pear. Touch of pepper and fresh lime. Taste is tart, and lemon rind bitter. Bright and fresh on the palate. Never feels the ABV. Soft carbonation. Tart, lemon brett to finish. Unbelievably easy drinking.
