Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A clear blushed gold, peach coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is sour, lemon, funk, apricot, rose water, like smoke. Flavour is composed of sour. Lemon, pithy lemon, apricot fuzz, tangy lemon. Palate is sharp tangy, lemon, peach fuzz. Tangy, mellow carbonation. Interesting,

Nicely woody, some semi-ripe citrus, mellow tang, quite drinkable.

Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to LKS. Clear deepish gold beer, decent bubbly off white head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Acetic tartness unfortunately rather dominates what could be some nice grapes. What there is tastes rich and smooth but acetic rules the roost

From backlog. Taster, from Bottle, in The park outside Mikkeller & friends, Copenhagen. Golden with white head. Apple, grapes, sour, funky.

Taster, many thanks to Werckmeister! Golden, clear body, with a small, yellowish head. Aroma with lots of sweet white grapes, honey, some wood. Tastes more dry and wooden, with white wine, almond, some honey. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes medium sweet, vinous, wooden, with grapes, almond. Very nice. Lots of Chardonnay character, sweet and smooth. Still quite complex and balanced. Lovely stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 13.06.2019. BB 13.06.2029. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, some sweetness, estragon, horse radish, lightly lactic, subtle grape notes .. after it warms some peachy notes, more sweet grape notes. nice smell to very nice. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes estragon, earthy, subtle funk, grape skins, spices, peppery, slight cheese. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of estragon, grapes and some spicey notes. liked this a lot better once it warms up, fruit notes (peach and grape notes) come through a lot better once warmer. could probably still use a bit more age, but overall very nice one
