500 ml bottle. Pours a clear rusty readcwith lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh red apples, cooked apples, mineral water and light spice. Flavors of soft ripe apples, light grape skin and metallic red berries. Lots of carbonation. Very nice.

Well, I don't understand the concept at all. A Belgian Red isn't monastic or aged in bourbon. I was thinking Belgian Rouge was a cider apple, but apparently not. Still, it's got an absolutely gorgeous colour, a deep clean burgundy that absolutely shines in the sunlight. The aroma has a big fat sweetness, clearly bringing bourbon out into the apples in a very happy way. It's got a sweet-tart character, the tartness of the cider being rounded out by the sweetness of the barrels. That's a good balance here. The cider definitely has the complexity I associate with Nomad, too. This is good stuff.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden / bronze with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of bright raspberries upfront, with Belgian yeast, dry champagne-y notes, and crisp red apples. Flavour is fairly dry, with bright raspberries, champagne-like effervescence, and a touch of wild yeast. Very dry, with the berries very prominent. Very tasty.

Very nice rosé body with modest foam. Wet round dried grape aroma on the nose with sharp apple behind it. Flavour is sharp apple with just a bit of dried berry to round it out. No cloying sugar bomb but a great meld of apple and berry. Tart finish, good tannins linger. Very nice.

Soft and bready with a touch of red fruit. Clearish orange with a small white head. Light red fruit, bready and some apple skin. Interesting.
