IPA 11 is all about balance. We took Idaho 7 hops, bursting with big tropical fruit notes, and paired it with a favourite: good ol’ citrusy Mosaic. Next we added lactose to balance out all those big hop flavours and give this super flavourful Double Dry-Hopped IPA a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Typical to be expected nose just bursting wth citrus aromas, and some floral grasses. Mouth feel is normal, carb is solid. Finish is medium bitter, more citrus, lactose doesnt seem to be doing much, this is still a palette shredder. Loads of hops, and citrus, very straight forward, hops, hops, and more hops.

16 oz can. Poured a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was really nice grapefruit, juicy citrus notes, some light resin and a little floral notes. Accidentally picked up a 6 month old can. I guess if you can make a IPA that holds up after 6 months, you're doing something right! wonder how great it tasted when it was fresh.

Can at Bishops Arms Vasagatan. Hazy golden with a white head. Fairly mild with citrus, tropical fruit and light malt. The body was medium and the bitterness quite light. A decent one.

The Aromas are hops, straw, pale malt, and some citrus. Flavors are similar to nose, very slightly sweet with a little bitterness in the back. Good carbonation, body and finish. Decent beer but nothing really special.

Slight haze. Thin head. Hops show a bit of guava, grapefruit, soft body, low bitterness, and a solid citrusy hop note.
