A bit hazy, no head. I mean, it's supposed to be still. On the nose, a bit of leathery brett, On the palate, it's flat, with some sharp lactic, touch a brett, a bit of stone fruit. It's good, like not crazy special, more like a basic drinking beer. I guess in the vein of unblended lambic, but not that. It's fun.

Soured bright notes. Cloudy gold with no head. Soured non descriptive fruit and a nice bright finish. Simple but nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a tiny head. Aroma is loaded with fresh apricots upfront, with light wild yeast, and a hint of lacto. Flavour is quite muted, with faded apricots and a hint of lacto. Faded, muted, earthy, with a deficient body. I wish there was more oomph here -- the body is weak and watery. Could be good, but as is, it's lacking character.
