Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is grape forward with nice musty notes that compliment the earthy funk from the yeast. Light oak notes and faint phenolics. A touch of pineapple and lemon. Pours a slightly hazy, purplish red with a small, thick, pinkish head that recedes to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium acidity and faint malt note. Light bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderately strong musty grape notes. Lots of earthiness with light peppery and herbal phenolics. Light oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer and expression fo Gamay grapes. A nice beer that works nicely with the fruit.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy red with a small white head. Aroma brings out black pepper, red grapes, lots of grape must, and oak. Flavour is extremely peppery, with lots of black pepper, red grape must, and oak. Very vinous and peppery. Unusual and intriguing. Very nice.
