Bottle split at L6 Tasting, thanks to Tips, 13/10/22. Clear golden to light amber with a decent off white head. Nose is herb, tomato, chilli, spice, grains. Taste comprises green pepper, spice, pizza dough, herb, chilli, basil, straw, umami. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Guess it pulls of its mission statement but not something I'd want more than a sip or two of!

Bottle shared in CW - cheers to Tipple. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head: moderate sweetness, quite herbal, chilli, lemongrass, cinnamon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Spicy finish, more Thai green chilli, pepper, lemongrass. Pure novelty but kind of interesting and fun.

On tap at Once You Go Craft, pours an opaque dark reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma reveals intense Thai chilis upfront, with some perfumey notes. Flavour is very spicy, with intense Thai chili pepper spiciness, with lots of lacto, and a hint of salt. Very, very spicy, with a sour, spicy finish.

Perfumy peppers. Cloudy copper with a small white head. Perfumy hot chilli and sour notes. Intense and but my jam.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home after SSP dinner. Dark translucent copper pour with thin white head. Aroma is herbal, sour, chili, what it says on the label. Sort of like YM gose - sweet malt. Taste is super spicy, sour, some herbaceous notes. Sweet bready malt. Interesting but too spicy and weird to enjoy I think.
