Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, fruits, coriander. Taste is medium sweet. Pretty noticeable carbonation. This is a very welcome new Trappist, will definitely drink again.

Аромат легкий но приятный, немного фруктовый, в меру сладкий, сухофрукты, преимущественно сухофрукты. Цвет желто мутный, пена среднее не очень красивая для траппистского пива. Вкус хороший для трипеля, хорошо ощущается апельсиновая корка, легкие ноты специй. Послевкусие сухое, слегка хмелевое, легкая фруктовая горчинка. В целом неплохой Трапист.

Much darker than I expected- like a cross between a tripel and dubbel. A bit of sweet malt, toffee, spice, light pepper, dried fruit. Medium bodied. A nice beer but hard to think of it as a tripel.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear copper coloured brew with an fine sweet bitter taste and there are spicy and hoppy hints. Nice new Trappistbeer from an new Dutch Trappistbrewery.

Bottle at Fox River House, 2/6/24. New brewery! Brewery # 2266, Belgium # 91. Deep red with floaties. Medium white head, average retention. Aroma of dates, brown sugar, yeast. Taste is yeast, spice, raisin, plum, caramel, apple. Thin for style. Some bubblegum as it warms.

Tastes very Dutch.
