A polished, golden yellow beer with 5% alcohol. Phoenix beer is pasteurised after bottling, according to natural conservation methods. The quality of the underground water also allows us to produce a beer with no chemicals additives. Time of maturation before distribution is meticulously controlled.

Surprisingly lame. I expected more from a beer from Mauritius. Tastes like a middle school science version of a beach lager. The best thing about it is it looks good in my sexy sweater.

330ml bottle purchased as part of a delivery from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear, a tint bit of scummy white head. Lots of creamed corn in the aroma, sugar syrup, metal. Strangely, it tastes okay, not great but okay: not too sweet and with a touch of citrus flavour. A vegetal note on the finish takes it down a notch. Not great but honestly I've had worse commercial lagers.

CLear, pale golden color and a white head. Malty, grainy, a little bready. One of the simple ones.

Bottle kindly delivered by Rubin, thank you very much. This is piece of watery nothing. Like really, I barely find anything good about it.
