500 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold. Aromas of fresh cut earthy apples and subtle bourbon. Flavors of mature golden apples, earthy grapes and a bit of spice. Can’t get much bourbon or maple…

Light white body with modest foam, lots of bourbon and sweet maple on the nose accented by the apple cider. Flavour is very bourbon forward but the maple and acidic sweet apple helps mellow it out. Dry finish, bourbon aftertaste. Delivers as advertised and is reasonably well balanced.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle acidity, crisp apple skins, and no real notice of the maple or bourbon. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle bourbon and crisp apple skins. Fairly dry, with little from the maple or bourbon. Pleasant but unremarkable.

Sweet yellow apple and vanilla notes. Clear yellow gold. Light yellow apple, touch of vanilla and tannins with barrel.

Pale greenish-yellow. Very appley, some sweetish barrel notes on the aroma. On the palate, it's off-dry but there are sweetish notes. It's not great, but the base cider to me is the best part.
