On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Hazy orange, white head. Fruity, citrus, some yeasty notes, funk, oak, sweetish, moderate acidity. Medium bodied.

Hazy, no head, pale. On the nose, a little barrel, just a touch of brett, and some sweet pale malts. This has a nice bit of brett, a really beautiful sweet malt note. Actually quite delicious.

Peppery and light funk. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured fruity, almost tomato and black pepper. Kinda like a ceaser.

Bottle at Holy Mountain pours a cloudy golden wire a small white head. Aroma brings out oak, with citrus notes, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite complex, with rustic saison yeast, lots of wild critters, some funk, oak, and light bitterness. Oaky, rustic and wild. Excellent.
