A refreshing Canadian Wheat Ale with notes of citrus and stone fruit. A large addition of Canadian wheat gives this beer a slight haze. We added apricots after fermentation to give this classic summer beer an Okanagan twist.

Light vegetal and citrus. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Touch of citrus but I get almost no apricots.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a hazy pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light herbal notes upfront and a touch of apricot. Flavour is more dominant on the apricot, with light apricot, wheat and a dry biscuity finish. Not bad, but pretty weak and boring. Meh.

Bottle: Poured a light golden color male with a medium white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of apricot and wheat malt is pretty refreshing and enticing. Taste of apricot is more dominant then I had expected with not off-flavours or flavours enhancer with a nice dose of bubblegum wheat notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice fruit beer and prefect for those hot summer days.

Muddy blond color. Delicate apricot aroma. Dry mouthfeel, some wheat flavor, and some light fruity touch. The final is a bit too bitter for this kind if beer. Drinkable.
