Taster shared with Ash. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, fruity, barrel, herbal, some botanicals notes. Taste: similar with lots of herbal, botanicals, cedar, apples, and oak notes. Overall: interesting, but it's a bit harsh and lacking a balance.

Cedar spice. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Cedar spice and decent light funk.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright wild yeast, with earthy notes and a touch of herbal character. Flavour is full of wild yeast, oak, and herbal notes. Herbal and oaky. Good stuff.

Foggyish yellow with a little foam, big brett yeast on the nose with narrow citrusy grain notes. Flavour is more big brett yeast with soft grain hints. Crisp on the mouth but also kind of watery. A mixed bag though still also very nice.

Hazy, just a thin head. On the nose, a lot of apple, barrel, brett, some other bugs. A little bit of a tomato note, unfortunately. Also a touch of diacetyl, lurking underneath the tartness, and that hit of cedar. Apple character is noticeable but seems pointless. I'm thinking a slight pedio infection, not sure if the pomace is the cause or the cover up.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour with generous, compact head. Dry, smooth, with mild funky character, moderately fruity, just a bit of acidity, cider, and a hint of incense. Some astringency in the final.
Very good.
