Clean golden colour, copper hue. Mild fruit aroma, grapes. The acidity is strong, with lean body, and faint fruit. A bit vinous. It's well coordinated, but not very complex.

500ml from the brewery shared with Alex. Appearance: clear golden with a weak head. Aroma: fermented grapes, wood, some slight sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic, with lots of grapes notes, though. Overall: ok, but being less acidic would be great.

Has a beautiful pale purple, mellow tart, grape, moderate tartness and really bright grapey accents.

Creamy funk. Cloudy pink with a decent white head. Nice soured notes and some fruit. Solid.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, tart citrus, and a little oak. Flavour follows suit, with tart citrus, stone fruits, and light oak. Complex and wild, with a tart, oaky finish. Very good.
