Cloudy pale blond colour. Mildly sour, dry, with some American cider character.
Not very complex, or deep, but pleasant.

500ml bottle from the brewery at Alex's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, some barrel notes and very dry apples. Taste: along the same lines, very dry. Overall: pretty good.

Pale yellow, hazy. Just a thin head. Tart, nice bit of citrus, mild tartness, good balance.

Soured lemon skin. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light lemon citrus skin and a decent finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, with some wild yeast, and a hint of oak. Flavour is quite complex, with wild funky yeast, rustic saison yeast, and oak. Nice yeast character, with a rustic, oaky finish. Very good.
