This beer was inspired by one of our barrels exhibiting strong wine characteristics, and was carefully blended to a complimentary level of tartness to enhance the vinous character. Finally, it was dry hopped solely with Galaxy hops. Blended with our friends from Farmhouse Fest.

Bright fruity nose, low carbonation but deep fruity hop brightness. Yummy stuff.

Hazy blond colour with frothy head. Very strong lactic acid character, it also has a good citrus/lemon counterpart, with a delicate touch of elderflowers; it's clean and refreshing, I wish it was a tad more carbonated.

Grassy and grapefruit. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured grapefruit and light grass.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, floral notes, and some perfumey notes. Flavour is quite hoppy, with lots of lacto and floral notes. Hoppy and yogurty, with a lightly tart finish. Nothing complex but it's pleasantly concocted.
