Great cherry and berry flavor. Real fruit, dry. Lightly acidic , a little dry. Yeast. Great beer.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pinkish white head. The aroma is strong cherry pith, spice, funk, oak. Medium body, sweet cherry, almond, oak, light funk, nice tartness, balanced, really enjoyed this.

Dink pour that left on the bottle for 4 hours during Black Christmas #7. Appearance: nice hazy purple with a white head. Aroma: nice sweet cherries. Taste: lots of dry cherries, not much berries left though, good it is not sour. Overall: good balanced saison, I just wish more cherries in here.

Cherry colour, thin head. Big cherry nose, nice spice, tasty. Love the full on cherry character on this one.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries upfront, with oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is very deep, with lots of raspberries upfront, wild yeast, and oak. Wonderfully fruity, with a deep dry and tart finish. Excellent.

Bottle shared by Levi, thanks! Pours a cloudy red with a slightly pink head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sweet and tart berry with funk and a bit of creamy sweet grains. Flavor has a great tart berry with a slight graham cracker, light oak and a bit of funk in the finish.
