Pale and hazy, thin head. A bit soupy on the nose. Tart, a bit yoghurty, the fermentation seems a bit off on this one.

Soft white body and little foam, floral dishwashing detergent on the nose. Flavour is a lot of fake flower and floor cleaner. Crisp finish, full enough. Kind of odd but I find it endearing.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, with lots of coriander and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is loaded with coriander upfront, followed by lavender and saison yeast. Lots of coriander, done tastefully. Very good.

Lime and herbal notes. Lavender comes through, maybe a bit soapy. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Lavender and a dry tart finish. Touch of lime.

Taster. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: sour with some slight lavender and floral notes. Taste: similar with wheat notes. Overall: very refreshing and easy drinkable, good beer for a hot summer.

Cloudy to murky pale blond colour. Bready and lemony, sour, weak, with some lavender. It' like drinking kombucha, it may have its crowd, but it's too much removed from being a beer.
