Our Farmhouse IPA has the same yeast strain as our Saison, slightly higher in alcohol and lighter in content. Low in bitterness, but heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Sorachi Ace and Hallertau Blanc. Sorachi Ace has a distinct lemon flavour, and Hallertau Blanc has strong notes of citrus and passion fruit, similar to an Australian variety. The hops mixed with the Saison yeast strain create an interesting blend of flavours.

Fruity and funky with some perfume. Cloudy gold with a frothy beige head. Bright bitterness up front, peel and some funky yeasty fruity notes. A bit everywhere, but quite solid.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse notes, piney and earthy hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is really murky, with earthy hops, subdued farmhouse yeast, and biscuity malt. Not overly cohesive, but it's pleasant enough. Meh.
