Wild ale finished on osmanthus flowers, collaboration with The Keefer bar. Inspired by the cocktails of The Keefer Bar, we brewed a wild ale into second use bourbon barrels. Osmanthus flowers were then cold steeped in the beer briefly before packaging. Notes of black tea, bourbon, lemon, and apricot all combine to create a complex yet refreshing take on cocktail creativity.

Hazy pale amber colour with a thin head. Nice woody, bretty nose, with a floral note and a biscuity malt backdrop. Nice fruity character, abundant brett, nice tannic woody notes, and a touch of herbal bitterness. There's also some bourbony warmth, too. Fun. The flavours are well-integrated, and the cocktail inspiration is clear.

500ml bottle from the brewery (thx, Alex!). Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and barrel with some fruity character. Taste: along the same lines with more woody character. Overall: good one.

Funk and light stone fruit. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Funky, chalky and a long light stone fruit finish.

Draught at the brewery; 12oz
Cloudy to murky, dull orange colour, it doesn't look at all like the picture from the website. Excellent combination of juice and acidity, aggressive, with red grapes, a bit of astringency in the finish.
Very good.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a cloudy bright orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out floral notes upfront, with barnyard notes, and wild yeast. Flavour is quite floral, with some candied notes, wild yeast, barnyard notes, and gentle fruitiness. Integrated and complex. Very good.
