This DIPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends at @brassneckbrew. We utilized their house yeast and tweaked our grain profiles to produce a beer bursting with juiciness. Utilizing primarily African Queen with Mosaic in the supporting cast, the resulting beer is packed full of flavours of melon, gooseberry, stone fruit with a dank backbone.

Poured from the tap. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with white head. Farmhouse yeast, mild citrus tartness, subtle tropical hops. Decent, but lots of better options.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy stone fruits, with some melon, moderate yeast soup, and citrusy dank hops. Flavour is very yeasty, with tropical fruits, lots of stone fruit pith, moderate dank hops, and chalk. The yeast soup is too apparent for my taste, but it's also not the most egregious offender. The fruitiness is nice, but it's drowned out by that yeastiness. Not a great hazy.

Murky orange-blond colour. Light dank smell, light orange. Robust body, moderately sweet, the malt base is lightly bready, strong yeast character, almost farmhouse, spicy, and strong hopping, sweet citrus peel, touch of calamansi. Very bitter.
Very good, bold.

Cloudy dark blond colour. Good body, moderately sweet, light dank character, some pine, some citrus peel, some tropical hop, and enough bitterness.
Very good.

Murky and dull. Ok hop nose, mellow hop, malts are flabby and seems like a slight fermentation issue. Maybe electrical wire...minimal but there’s no strong positives to counterbalance it.

Dank and citrus notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Creamy pithy notes with some light citrus. Grainy and a bit chunky.

Taster. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits with some mango, some pineapple notes. Taste: similar, low to moderately sweet, with some hoppy bitterness, pretty juicy. Overall: good one, more on Twin Sails side, though.
