We love to shred billowing, bottomless powder snow A.K.A. "Blower Pow" as much as much as we love to savour a well-crafted India pale ale. Our Inaugural IPA is made from premium Canadian barley malt and generously hopped in the Pacific Northwest style. Shred, Enjoy, Repeat.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold orange with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of caramel malt, orange peel, peach, guava, papaya and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, orange flesh, mango, peach, passionfruit and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Well balanced and tasty.

Beautiful deep clean copper body and good foam. Very nice piney grapefruit aroma, full and sweet without being excessive. Taste is chewy pine with soft grapefruit, orange zest, ending oily but refreshing. A great IPA.

Can. Vibrant amber colour, medium haze and a thick head. Looks nice. The aroma has a lot of sweet biscuity malt, and some piney, grapefruity hops. On the palate, similar. Nice sweetness - the malt character is pretty good - but the hops aren't coming across with any sort of brightness. That puts a bit of a clunk on this one, which is too bad. The malt could easily support, say, a big Columbus bomb, so maybe a missed opportunity.

On tap at Whitetooth, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops upfront, with a biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank piney hops and biscuity malt. Gentle and easy. Good stuff.

Piney and spicy hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light bitterness, touch of leafy hop and a decent bitterness.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper with moderate head. Aromas of orange peel, soft pine, toffee, and bready malts. Flavors follow same with more pine and citrus in the finish. A nice easy drinking IPA.
