nov 2011 Swing top bottle. Amber color. Malty caramelly aroma. Malty sweet, grassy caramelly flavor with citrus notes. Soft yeasty bitter aftertaste. Well made but nothing extraordinary. Proef bottle, tasted dec 2013. Dark amber color. Floral wheaty aroma with a hint of pear. Wheaty, slightly yeasty flavor. Sweetish with pear, Decent.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is caramel malt, toffee, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a dry woody resin metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. A Dunkel Weizen? A couple of years of age on this one though.

The beer starts floral, sweetish-smooth. Slightly bitter in the aftertaste, fresh, easy to drink. Not much dark- or roast malt. As it wants to be an "Amber Weizen", it is nice, smooth malty, fresh. Hints of bitterness in the aftertaste, nice round and sweetish malt, fresh, smooth. Nice.

330ml bottle, thanks to Benzai! Pours a murky dark brown with fast receding off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts and caramel, taste follows with smooth honey, liquorice and fruit cake creeping in. Not bad.

Very fruity nose. Clear red copper colour, nice frothy tan head, thin layer remains, some lacing. Aroma dark fruit, lemonade syrup, ginger, resin, citrus. Taste light sweetness, light to medium bitter, slightly sour. Light body, thin texture, flat, finish mild bitter with more and more sour undertones

Soft dunkel weizener with a smooth taste of wheat. Nothing spectacular, just a nice beer.
