Good clear gold body and modest foam, a unique aroma that blends vegetal hop, citrusy sweetness, brett yeast, and sweaty socks soaked in vinegar. Flavour is hoppy bitterness with residual hop sweetness and a big sour tang. Nice oiliness on the mouth. Really enjoyable, unique for certain. 500ml stubbie from the brewery.

Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy blond colour. Nice sour fruit aroma, aggressive mouthfeel (in a good way), tart, fruity, and funky.

Funky stone fruit and light cheese. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light soured funk and stone fruit.

Hazy, light tan. Bright and bretty aroma, nice floral notes. On the palate, lots of bretty, some light sweetness, and a bit of dry woody character. This is really good.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk upfront, with a nice rustic saison yeast character, and a touch of oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with barnyard funk, tart citrus, a touch of oak, and rustic saison yeast. Funky, gently acidic and complex. This is great.
