So aged a year this is black with a thin head. Lots of bourbon on the nose, but also chocolate and alcohol. Thin, fairly boozy, some chocolate notes but it does seem a little underdeveloped.

Boozy roast. Jet black with a small beige head. Dark chocolate and roast with a boozy barrel note.

Bottle at Weathered, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is very perfumey, with lots of barrels, perfume, and medium roasted malt. Flavour is a bit too hot and chaotic, with perfume, medium roast, and some oak barrels. Perfumey and chaotic. Nice attempt but too boozy and uncoordinated.

Glass number three of the east van cross, it's got a very black brown body and just a hint of foam. The aroma is somewhere between coffee and paint thinner. Flavour is big heavy molasses mixed with coffee. Medium finish. Kind of all right though very caramelly and not spectacular.

Draught at the brewery
Black colour with barely any head. Aroma of tar and some spirit, some bourbon. Thin body, roasted malt flavour, some tar, a lot of booze, and some bourbon maybe.
It seems rather uncoordinated. But it's not a bad beer.

22z bottle from the brewery shared with Andrey. Pours an almost black with a beige head. Aroma is bourbon, some berries and light creamy notes. Taste is similar with noticable hoppy and roasted malt bitterness. Quite good.
