473 ml can. Pours gold with moderate head. Aromas of pine, spicy resin, non descriptive fruit, and soft toasty malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on pine. Bitter finish. Nice enough.

12oz at brewery. Pours clear gold with foamy white head. Aroma has subtle notes of pine. Flavour has notes of pine, resin, grass, and some light malts. A bit too light-handed with the hop flavours, but otherwise a good IPA.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stange Fellows. Clean and shiny golden pour, tons of sticky foam lacing. Aggressive hop bill up front, forest pine, touch of onion, lingering bite. Grassy character. Biscuit grain that is slightly buried impressive layered hop bill. Solid west coast.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with biscuity malt, and light citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, some citrus and resins. Crisp and citrusy. Nice IPA.

The aroma is soft peppery grain, has a semi-cloudy yellow body and a bit of white foam on top though not much. Flavour is odd sourness with some sweet lemony cloying hops, vinegar thrown in there for no good reason. Has a strange aftertaste (hah!) and doesn't sit well nonetheless. There's some good qualities here but it comes off as awkward and unbalanced.

Light amber with a slight haze. Thick head that leaves a rich lace. Thick head that leaves a rich lace the likes of which you seldom see in this NEIPA world. I would say Spirit of Dixmas back in December was the last time. Earthy and fruity hops. Clean biscuity malts.

Draught at the brewery
Blond colour, clean. The aroma is mildly dank, very light manure. The mouthfeel is rather dry, lean; some hay flavour, correct bitterness, light herbaceous character from the hops, resins, a bit vegetable in the finish.
Good modern IPA, but not the best hop expression.

Light weedy and grass notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bitter and grassy with a touch of dank notes, pretty bitter finish.
