Microbar Reykjavik. Keg. Microbar. Keg. See photo. Light haze on this gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice light savoury vibe. Yuzu punches through, tangerine and a little lime. Light touch of Yuzu sherbet. Light floral Yuzu on the crisp finish. Tasty and went down quickly and easily.

Keg at Skuli bar, Reykjavik. It pours very slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, clean, zingy lemon, yuzu, touch of toasty grain and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering sourness, plenty of yuzu character, slight lactic, zingy action and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice bright yuzu character. Fun stuff.
