Draught at Ale Arsenal. Pours light orange-gold with a pristine white collar that leaves a ring throughout. Moderately sour fruit with solid tartness. Moderate mustiness. Flavor picks up the barrel and presents solid funk.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, tart, apple, fruity yeast, brett, funky, oak, barrel, stone fruit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Lys brun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter bondegård, eddik og noe svovel. Middels fylde. Sur. Smaker fyrstikk, sure bær, eddik og bondegård. Middels lang.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat muddled, with earthy funk, a little leather, and a touch of oak. Flavour has plenty of phenols, with lots of burnt rubber, earthy funk, some bitterness, and oak. Too much phenolic character despite the nice funk. This is messed up and needs work.
